The present General Conditions of Use (hereafter the "GCU") govern all relations between the users of the Internet site, property of the MEDICOM SAS, accessible at the following address "www.medicom-eu.com" (hereafter the "Site") and the company MEDICOM SAS, simplified joint stock company, with a capital of 31 298 600.00 €, registered in the CR of Angers under the number 09-06-2010 (hereafter "MEDICOM SAS").
